3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you need to:

  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Pay relevant fees as agreed
  • Cooperate with our service processes
  • Protect brand image and reputation
  • Not engage in any activities that may damage the brand

4. Franchise Requirements

To apply for franchise, you must meet the following basic requirements:

  • Recognize brand philosophy and business model
  • Have appropriate business premises
  • Accept unified management and training
  • No adverse business records

5. Fees and Payment

  • Stop using related rights after cooperation termination

8. Service Changes

We reserve the following rights:

  • Modify service standards and processes
  • Adjust fee structures (applicable to new signings)

Significant changes will be communicated to existing franchisees in advance.

9. Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

  • Store rental and purchase
  • Government permit applications
  • Staff recruitment and management
  • Daily operational decisions
  • Financial accounting services
  • Legal dispute handling

10. Liability Limitations

Our liability limitations:

  • No guarantee of investment returns
  • Not responsible for market risks
  • Not responsible for third-party actions
  • Compensation liability as agreed in contracts

11. Contract Termination
